In order to establish boundaries and create a safe and fair environment, we have established these community guidelines by which all members must abide. Terabyte Studios aims to create a fun, interactive, and fair community for members to enjoy. These guidelines are as follows:

Community Forums

The community forums are meant to be an interactive place for members to post about like-minded topics, ask questions, give advice, etc. These forums are available for all members. All interactions must be clean, friendly, and free from unnecessary or vulgar language. Bullying, illegal, or sexual content is strictly prohibited. Examples of things not allowed are: harassment, sexual harassment, threats of any kind, hate speech, sexually explicit comments or media, content consisting of illegal drugs/violence/weapons.

Groups

The groups feature is another way members can interact, communicate, and share like-minded content. This feature is available for all members. All interactions must be clean, friendly, and free from unnecessary or vulgar language. Bullying, illegal, or sexual content is strictly prohibited. Examples of things not allowed are: harassment, sexual harassment, threats of any kind, hate speech, sexually explicit comments or media, content consisting of illegal drugs/violence/weapons.

Messaging

Members may message each other using our chat feature. This works for private and group chats. This feature is available for all members. Member chat is another way members can interact with each other and share media or conversations. All interactions must be clean, friendly, and free from unnecessary or vulgar language. Bullying or illegal content is strictly prohibited. Examples of things not allowed are: harassment, sexual harassment, threats of any kind, or hate speech.

Profiles

Every member has a profile. Members may follow each other and view other profiles on the site. This feature is available for all members. Members can set a profile photo as well as a cover photo and a personal description. Profile content must be clean. Prohibited images and descriptions include anything sexual, involving drugs or weapons, as well as hate speech or images. Members may set their profile to private if they so wish. Doing so will make your profile invisible to other members. Be respectful and courteous at all times.

Community Guidelines Violations

Members who violate these guidelines will be subject to disciplinary action. We operate on a level of severity and strike based system. Serious violations will result in suspension or termination of your account. Minor violations will be evaluated on a strike based system where one strike equals a warning, a second equals loss of posting privileges, a third equals account suspension. Accounts which acquire 4 strikes within 90 days will be terminated. Suspended accounts remain suspended for 7-60 days depending on severity of violations. Violations may be reported to our admins by contacting our membership team at members@terabytestudios.com. Include the violators' account name and url, and a description and evidence of their violation. Our moderators are constantly looking for violations and taking action on them. By reporting violations, you help our moderators keep a positive and clean environment for everyone to continue to enjoy. If you have been given a violation notice and believe it has been falsely issued, feel free to file a dispute with our membership team by sending them an email containing proof that you did not violate our guidelines.
